Returns and Refunds

  • If you not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind regarding the purchase we will refund you the full amount you paid for the product within 30 days of purchase
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, 
  • All returned items cost for courier/shipping will be paid by Freshtech, please make contact with us and we will arrange for the returned product to be collected via one of our preferred couriers
  • We offer returns and refunds on all the products sold by to give our shoppers great peace of mind
  • To complete your return, we require only a receipt or proof of purchase from Freshtech 
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we can handle it on your behalf
  • Freshtech will collect any defective or broken products within the set warranty period as specified in the product description and communicated with you regarding the outcome of the assessment, If the defective or broken unit is a valid claim, we will arrange for the repair and send it back to you as soon as we receive it back from the manufactured
  • Freshtech will stay in contact with you throughout the process 
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or give you a call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
  • We can also make arrangement to transfer the amount due via EFT to your nominated bank account

Late or missing refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

  • We will gladly refund you even if you bought the product during a promotion, what you spend is what we refund you

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
